This program offers fun and bonding for babies (0-24 months) and their grown-ups! Join us for bouncing, reading, and singing during this half hour program in the library children’s program room. Parents and caregivers will practice ways to interact with babies to support talking and pre-reading skills. Each week, we’ll share songs and rhymes to develop language skills and sense of rhythm. Join the Cumberland Garden Club every last Tuesday of the month at 10:30 a.m. in the Cumberland Library meeting room.
Parents and caregivers with children ages 2 1/5 – 5 years old are invited to share books, rhymes and an activity each week! We will meet in the library children’s program room. Early literacy information will be available to take home. These tips will help adults share books and daily activities with children in ways that help them prepare for school.
Calling All Home School Families: Your library would like to invite you to a time for homeschooling families to socialize and network while doing experiments, stem activities, and crafts together.
Come along to Buckingham Public Library for an afternoon adventure. These activities change weekly so there's always something new. See the Buckingham branch desk for details monthly. This event is great for our 4 to 12-year-olds but feel free to bring the whole family.
