Join us at the Cumberland Library starting in January 2025 for a Whole Health Fitness Exercise class!
The class will be every second Monday of the month from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. in the Cumberland Library meeting room.
Description:
Whole Health Fitness will incorporate dynamic stretching, calisthenics, light resistance, and cardio to give participants a complete, total body workout. Participants will also get the chance to ask questions and learn more about general health and wellness in the cooldown portion of the class. Each month, we will address a different health and fitness topic. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, or just learn more about fitness and wellness, this class ticks all of the boxes!
