Tai Chi with Ruth

Join us for a free beginners Tai Chi class using traditional movements of both Tai Chi and Qi Gong in an easy, fun way. It is usually done standing but can be easily adapted for sitting if necessary. Please wear loose, comfortable clothes and sneakers or soft shoes. There is no need to remember forms or moves. Just watch, listen, move – and have fun!
