Join us on July 16th from 3 p.m. – 4 p.m. at the Cumberland Library for our first Oil Pastel Workshop. We will be making a picture on canvas with oil pastels that you get to take home. All supplies are provided. Sign up is required at the Cumberland circulation desk. Sign up will start June 25th.
